Incredible location near tramway station for easy transportation and surrounded by great restaurants and entertainment. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and safety. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. The reception staff, especially Karima, are professional, funny, and extremely helpful.

It made me feel right at home and provided a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests, especially for senior people like myself. Additionally, the hotel had excellent accessibility for seniors, with wide hallways and conveniently located elevators, making it easy for us to navigate around the property. It was such a relief not having to worry about stairs or long walks to get to my room.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and tried their best to help, it would have been nice to have someone specifically dedicated to assisting seniors with their needs and providing any necessary support.
